I don't know where you live so I can't be certain that you are going to be available to interview candidates from constituencies, attend any public election events, attend school board meetings that may be considering alternate ways of managing schools, weighing in on town council events, meetings and outcomes that reflect political influences.

I couldn’t agree more! It’s going to be tough for us to do that in the next few months, just because we’re still a little overwhelmed getting everything off the ground. But when we’re on a more stable footing, you should definitely expect at least a little local reporting directly from us. And we’re also planning on commissioning great reporters across the country to fill in some of those gaps for us.
