The first episode slaps. I’d love to hear a story in the future about Farhi Holdings Corporation. I live in London, Ontario and though there are several factors, I feel as though Shmuel Farhi has exacerbated the decay of our downtown core by hoarding commercial office space and refusing to work with the city on plans to fix our downtown. Our empty downtown buildings are plastered in his name. He’s also arrogant, stubborn, rude, and a difficult person. I might go as far as to say he’s the Mr. Burns of London.
I couldn't help but think of your Commons episode way back in 2018 on Vancouver and "our" creation of money laundering. Hell of a thing to be famous for. What's wrong with us?

As long as corporate crime can be fined/penalized away, nothing will change.
